When your car is being repaired after a collision or a theft, your auto policy may pay for a replacement car. What we need from your adjuster
Ask your adjuster for the claim number, the number of days they approve and the daily amount they will pay. Send us those with your request, or ask the adjuster or the body shop to contact us. We confirm the car and the dates and send the invoice for the approved part to the insurer.
What we need from you
The same as any rental: a valid Ontario G2 or G licence, a credit card in your name for the deposit, and your signature on the rental agreement. If the repair takes longer than the approval, tell us and your adjuster early. Extra days are yours to pay unless the insurer extends the approval.
Delivery to you or the shop
We can bring the car to your home, your work or the body shop, so you are not left without a car between the drop-off and the pickup. When the repair is done, we collect our car from wherever suits you.

Will my insurance pay for a rental car?
It depends on your policy and the claim. Many policies include a replacement vehicle while your car is repaired. Your adjuster can tell you what you are covered for.
Can you bill my insurer directly?
