Delivery in North York
Many of our North York renters live in the condo towers along Yonge Street between Sheppard and Finch. Visitor parking there is short, so tell us the building's rules when you send your request. For houses in Willowdale or Don Mills we can meet you in the driveway. The car's delivery fee covers the trip to you, and we can collect it again at the end of the rental.
Highways and transit
The 401 runs through the middle of North York and is one of the busiest highways in North America, so give yourself time at rush hour. The 404 and the Don Valley Parkway start where they meet the 401 near Don Mills, and Allen Road links the 401 with midtown. If you arrive by subway, Line 1 stops at Sheppard-Yonge and North York Centre, and Line 4 runs east along Sheppard to Don Mills. We can meet you near a station when that is easier.
Longer rentals
Students near York University and people between leases often rent for a few weeks at a time. A rental of 7 days or more is priced at the weekly rate, and up to 30 days at the monthly rate, whichever costs less. When a monthly rental ends you can renew it with a new agreement, and the deposit carries over.
