If you live in Toronto without a car, taking Line 1 north to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and picking up a car there puts you on the 400 and Highway 7 in minutes. Tell us in your request that you are coming by subway, and we agree a place near the station where the car can stop.
Days out and cottage weekends
Canada's Wonderland and Vaughan Mills are close by, and the 400 is the main road north to cottage country. For a long weekend, look at each car's weekend day rate and the kilometres included: the allowance is added up over the whole rental, so a long drive on Saturday can be balanced by a short day on Sunday.
Tolls on the 407 ETR
The 407 ETR crosses Vaughan from east to west. It has no toll booths: a camera reads the plate and the toll is billed to us after the trip. We charge it to you at cost plus $15 for each notice, on a statement after the rental. Highway 7 runs beside it for free.
