Getting a price

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. You approve the price before we start. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.

How the price is set

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match.

Planning around the work

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.

Aftercare

Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

What to bring

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Renting from Toronto

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Barthell. Barthell is about 904 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

If the car will be in Toronto for a while, tell us the dates and we fit the work in. For work in Barthell itself, a local shop is the practical choice. Unsure? Send a request about Barthell, and we answer plainly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
