Representative photoCar rental under 25 in Toronto
Being under 25 does not keep you out of a rental car at CarmaCars. Every car in our fleet takes drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence, and drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day of the rental. There is no maximum, and each car shows its own fee on its page, so you see the cost before you send a request. The full price, fee included, is in your offer before you pay anything.

The young driver fee
There are two age bands, 18 to 20 and 21 to 25. The usual fee is $35 a day for the first band and $20 a day for the second, and some cars have their own. It is added for each day of the rental as a separate line in your offer. An additional driver under 26 pays it too, on top of the additional driver fee.
What to bring
Your Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and a credit card in your own name for the payment and the deposit. Before pickup you upload photos of your licence and a selfie, and at the handover we check the original licence and the card. For damage to the car you choose one of the three coverage options before pickup.
Keeping the cost down
A trip of 7 days or more uses the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Picking the car up from our location costs nothing, while delivery adds the car's delivery fee. Return the car with the fuel or charge it had, keep to the kilometres included, and avoid the 407 ETR unless you want to pay its tolls plus $15 for each notice.
