What happens after you ask

A short description of the problem is enough to start. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. If you have a deadline, put it in the request.

When the car is ready

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

On the day

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

Aftercare

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

How the price is set

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. We price the job before we start, never after.
