The request

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. You approve the price before we start. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.

Why prices differ

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We price the job before we start, never after. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

On the day

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

How long you are without it

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
