Battery Boost in Arcade, CA

Battery Boost: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Arcade is about 3,554 km away. The job: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.

How the request works

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Between shop visits

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.

What to ask

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
