Battery Boost in Badger, SD

Battery Boost in Badger

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Badger is about 1,431 km away. Plainly: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.

Our part and the shop's part

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Between shop visits

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
