What to send us

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

What to ask

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Car care, briefly

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
