Battery Boost in Cherry Point, BC

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Cherry Point is about 3,402 km away. The job: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.

From request to repair

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.

Good habits for your car

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
