The steps

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. A person replies within one business day. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Getting a clear quote

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Small things that help

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Comber. Delivery covers about 250 km around Toronto; Comber is about 316 km away.
