Battery Boost in Cuautitlán, State of Mexico

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 3,255 km from Cuautitlán, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.

From request to repair

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Car care, briefly

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.

Talking to the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
