Battery Boost in Lucchetti, PR

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Lucchetti is about 3,088 km away. What this is: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.

How we help

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Talking to the shop

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Good habits for your car

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
