Battery Boost in Ripon, WI

Battery Boost in Ripon

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Ripon. A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.

Who does what

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Car care, briefly

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

What to ask

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
