Battery Boost in Romulus, MI

Battery Boost: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Romulus is about 377 km away. The job: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.

From request to repair

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Good habits for your car

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Getting a clear quote

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
