Car Battery Replacement in Smithflat, CA

Getting it done

We arrange battery service through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Smithflat. What it involves: A car battery tested and replaced, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A slow crank on a cold morning is often the first sign of a tired battery.

Our part and the shop's part

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Between shop visits

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
