Car Diagnostics in Arkwright, RI

Getting it done

Car Diagnostics in Arkwright: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

What to send us

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Good habits for your car

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Before you plan around us

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Arkwright; we work from Toronto. Our delivery area ends about 250 km from Toronto, and Arkwright is about 669 km out.
