Car Diagnostics in Clavellinitas, Durango

Getting it done

If you need a diagnostic check in Clavellinitas: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

The steps

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Talking to the shop

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Good habits for your car

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
