Car Diagnostics in Clover Flat, CA

Car Diagnostics in Clover Flat

If you need a diagnostic check in Clover Flat: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

What to send us

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Good habits for your car

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
