Car Diagnostics in Cold Spring, NV

Arranging the work in Cold Spring

For a diagnostic check in Cold Spring, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

How we help

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

A short checklist

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Between shop visits

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Check that all lights work every few weeks. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Before you plan around us
