Car Diagnostics in Crossroads, MO

Arranging the work in Crossroads

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Crossroads is about 1,186 km away. Plainly: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

From request to repair

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Talking to the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Good habits for your car

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
