Car Diagnostics in Danforth, MS

Getting it done

We arrange a diagnostic check through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Danforth. In short: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

The steps

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Small things that help

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
