Car Diagnostics in Deville, AB

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 2,666 km from Deville, and does not do this work itself. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

How we help

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Between shop visits

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
