Car Diagnostics in Dixie

Getting it done

Searching for car diagnostics in Dixie? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, but we arrange it with a trusted shop. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

The steps

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Stay on the road

A rental from us means you are not stuck while the shop works. Rent the size of car you need for the days the repair takes. Skip the delivery fee by picking the car up from us.

Car care, briefly

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
