Car Diagnostics in Gray, ME

Car Diagnostics for Gray

For a diagnostic check in Gray, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What it involves: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

What to send us

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Before the shop starts

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
