Car Diagnostics in Hackney, KS

Car Diagnostics: how we help

For a diagnostic check in Hackney, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Plainly: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

Our part and the shop's part

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Before the shop starts

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
