Car Diagnostics in Hatillo, PR

Car Diagnostics: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Hatillo. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

What CarmaCars does here

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Good habits for your car

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Talking to the shop

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Distance, honestly

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Hatillo is outside our area. Hatillo lies about 3,041 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Hatillo, we say so rather than guess. If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Hatillo if you like. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
