Car Diagnostics in Maple Point, IL

Car Diagnostics: how we help

For a diagnostic check in Maple Point, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

How the arrangement works

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Car care, briefly

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
