Car Diagnostics in Odds, TX

Car Diagnostics in Odds

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Odds. Plainly: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

How the arrangement works

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.

Talking to the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
