Car Diagnostics in Pendleton Gardens, Pendleton

Car Diagnostics for Pendleton Gardens

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Pendleton Gardens is about 1,057 km away. What it involves: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

How the request works

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Before the shop starts

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Small things that help

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
