Car Diagnostics in Pinecrest

Car Diagnostics in Pinecrest

For a diagnostic check in Pinecrest, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

How the request works

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Questions to ask the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Car care, briefly

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Renting from Toronto

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Pinecrest is outside the area we serve. About 348 km from our location in Toronto, Pinecrest is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

One more step
