Car Diagnostics in Piney, AR

Arranging the work in Piney

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,573 km from Piney, and does not do this work itself. In short: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

From request to repair

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Between shop visits

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Before the shop starts

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
