Car Diagnostics in Ruby Creek, BC

Car Diagnostics in Ruby Creek

We arrange a diagnostic check through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Ruby Creek. What it involves: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

Our part and the shop's part

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Before the shop starts

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Toronto based
