Car Diagnostics in Stringfield, AZ

Arranging the work in Stringfield

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Stringfield. What it involves: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.

How the arrangement works

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person replies within one business day. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Between shop visits

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
