Getting a quote

Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. A quote is free and comes from a person. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

Why prices differ

The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Keeping it that way

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

What to bring

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

When the car is ready

A clear timeline comes with every quote. Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
