How we help

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.

Good habits for your car

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
