How the request works

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

A short checklist

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Good habits for your car

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
