Emissions Test in Authon, TX

Emissions Test for Authon

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Authon. What it involves: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

What CarmaCars does here

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Getting a clear quote

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Small things that help

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

A Toronto company

CarmaCars works from one location in Toronto and does not operate in Authon. At about 2,022 km from our location in Toronto, Authon is past the 250 km our delivery covers.
