Emissions Test in Bancroft, MO

Emissions Test in Bancroft

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Bancroft. What this is: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

How the request works

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Getting a clear quote

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Car care, briefly

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
