How we help

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. A person replies within one business day.

Before the shop starts

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Small things that help

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
