Emissions Test in Centennial, Gresham

Getting it done

We arrange an emissions test through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Centennial. The job: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

How the arrangement works

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Getting a clear quote

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Small things that help

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
