What CarmaCars does here

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Before the shop starts

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Between shop visits

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Honest about distance

Our only location is in Toronto; Claycomo is outside the area we serve. About 1,363 km from our location in Toronto, Claycomo is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.
