What CarmaCars does here

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Small things that help

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Before you plan

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Clower. Clower lies about 1,896 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Next step

One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
