From request to repair

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. A person replies within one business day. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Small things that help

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

What to ask

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
