Emissions Test in Counts, MS

Emissions Test in Counts

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Counts is about 1,452 km away. The job: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

How the request works

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Car care, briefly

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
