What to send us

A person replies within one business day. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.

Small things that help

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
