Emissions Test in Evers, IL

Getting it done

Searching for emissions test in Evers? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

How we help

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Small things that help

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Talking to the shop

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
