What to send us

Car care, briefly

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
