Emissions Test in Flat Top, MS

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,734 km from Flat Top, and does not do this work itself. Plainly: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

How the arrangement works

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job.

What to ask

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Between shop visits

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
